Newly refurbished beachfront home. Located 50 m from the beach this unique property offers 270° unobstructed sea views.
Its Scandinavian style furnishings, modern insulation and heated floors make this place extremely comfortable all year round.
This used to be our home, the house is perfect for a family with children and professionals working from home.
Located 45 minutes from Lisbon airport it offers many outdoor activities and has a private surf-break.
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 180cm, 1 bed 160cm, 1 bed 105cm) and 2 full bathrooms.
Ground floor: Big open space living area/kitchen. Office with a sofa bed, WC.
Gym equipment, kids trampoline, pool table, garage with EV charger.
Studio with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), own kitchenette, full bathroom, and TV.
Outside space: 10x4 m pool with pool cover. Two outside showers with hot water.
Electrical window shutters and inside window blinds.
Please note that the house is only available for stays of at least one month.
