The apartment has an amazing natural light, with 3 door windows and a balcony along the living room and the bedroom. From the balcony you can enjoy the views over some of the famous hills of Lisbon (exp: Castle; Igreja da Senhora da Hora lookout) and take advantage of the sunny days of Lisbon.
The apartment has been recently renovated and is very versatile, with 2 sliding doors from the living room to the bedroom it allows for privacy or a "loft" feeling. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower with body jets and a shower head set. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, electric cooktop, fridge, freezer, clothes washing mashine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The living room has a sofa-bed that can accommodate up to 2 persons and a table that allows up to 8 guests.
All the appartment is decorated to give you all the necessary comfort and allow you to take the most out of your visit to the beautiful city of Lisbon.

The apartment is very nice, modern and clean. The owner offered for us to leave our suitcases in the apartment as we arrived 4 hours before check in time which was very much appreciated. Being on the top floor allows for a great view and with its location facing east you get a beautiful breeze in the evening, through the night and morning. The location is perfect, close to metro and grocery stores and tapa bars. Lisbon's metro station is easy to navigate to get to some main attractions. It's also a short walk to main tourist streets for shopping and restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Lisbon and would recommend the apartment to friends.

Comfortable space, great location. A few tweaks to make it awesome.
This apartment is well laid out, with lots of additional spaces to keep your luggage out of the way. There are three balcony doors and a small table and chairs on the balcony. The listing should indicate that you need to go up 5 flights of stairs.
The area is very close to many amenities, with a market/ grocery just across Martim Moniz square, Metro around the corner, and 15 minutes to many of the main attractions. The apartment can be very noisy at night, especially on weekends, with the hospital nearby and traffic on the street in front blocking ambulances.
The apartment itself was very clean, although the washroom did have a bit of a sewer smell that persisted. There is a small window in there, so it was easy to manage that. The bed pillows should be replaced because they do have stains under the pillow covers.
Most kitchen appliances and cookware were available, although we weren’t able to get the Nespresso machine to work properly. We ended up purchasing some oil and vinegar and left it for the next guests. The only other condiment in the space was salt.
The communication with the owner was disappointing. We didn’t get timely responses to queries. There was no information in the apartment about wifi (bottom of router), no extra garbage bags or info on garbage pickup, checkin info after flight departed, etc.
A mobile AC unit and a fan are available. We didn’t try to AC to see how effective it would be.

Appartement très central mais très bruyant
Appartement très bien situé avec une vue splendide. 4eme sans ascenseur, la vue se merite. Situé sous les toits, il y fait très chaud et difficile de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes tant les alentours sont bruyants (police, pompiers, hopital à proximité). Pas de clim.
La propreté laisse à desirer (douche partiellement bouchée car bonde très encrassée, canapé poussiereux....).
La vue du petit balcon reste cependant le point positif de ce logement.
