To say we were disappointed with this property would be an understatement. We chose this rental specifically because of the number of bathrooms available for our group, but unfortunately one of the bathrooms had a non-functioning toilet. To make matters worse, the plumbing had been left open, resulting in a strong sewage odor that made the situation even more unpleasant.Despite reaching out to the property management company, our concerns were not adequately addressed, and no meaningful resolution was provided during our stay.In addition to the bathroom issue, none of the showers drained properly, and the dryer was largely ineffective, requiring multiple consecutive cycles just to dry a normal load of laundry. These issues significantly impacted the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.To add to our frustration, we accidentally left several items behind when we checked out. The property management company acknowledged that they had located our belongings, and we made multiple attempts through various channels to arrange their return. Unfortunately, despite their acknowledgment that the items were in their possession, there appeared to be little effort made to assist us in recovering them.Based on our experience, the property did not meet our expectations. Given the maintenance issues, lack of responsiveness during our stay, and the difficulties we encountered trying to recover our belongings after checkout, I would not recommend this property.
