This functional and well-equipped cottage is located on the edge of a quiet village near a working farm.
Vosgienne, Brown Alpine, Red Flemish, Montbéliarde, Simmental, Norman, Tarine, and Priml Holsein... Nicolas will introduce you to his work as a breeder and the 12 breeds of cows in his herd.
Nearby attractions: Pont-à-Mousson (15 km), train station, all shops, Grand Bleu Leisure Center, Place Duroc, Prémontrés Abbey, and Musée au Fil du Papier-Mâché.
Nancy (Place Stanislas), Metz (Centre Pompidou), and Verdun (45 minutes).
Lake Madine and its activities are 15 km away. This 110 m² cottage on 3 levels adjoins two other accommodations and the owner's farm.
Ground floor: entrance hall, living room, kitchen with access to the terrace (garden furniture and barbecue) and enclosed grounds, bathroom (shower and bathtub), separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 single beds (90x190cm) and 2 double beds (140x190cm).
The rate includes: bed linen for the stay (beds made upon arrival), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity (with reasonable consumption).
Bathroom linen (towel and washcloth) is not provided and not available for rent.
The owner offers this same cottage with an additional bedroom and bathroom, as well as two other independent cottages on the same site: Le P'tit Jojo and Le Mi-temps.
You will be welcomed at the cottage by the owner.

Une semaine merveilleuse
Le gîte est très confortable spacieuse et bien éclairé avec beaucoup de commodité. Le propriétaire est très sympa et à invité les petits enfants à découvrir son métier et son cheptel
