"The staff was very nice and accomodating right upon entry. The cleanliness of the room needed some work. The sheets were obviously clean as were the counters and desk area, otherwise we would have asked for another room. The coffee fixings/ towels, etc... were all are stocked. The reason I say the cleanliness was off because we found various candy wrappers and candy on the floor of the room, as if maybe it'd hadn't been vacuumed after the last customers. The bathtub also looked as if maybe it was overlooked in between customers or at least needed a good detailing. The corners were dirty and the shampoo caddy looked 'dusty'. Breakfast was just meh...basic, but good enough to grab a little something before heading out. Checkout was easy. Not sure if it was worth the price overall."

"My room was clean well put together. Had a great shower. Good bed linens. All the staff that I encountered were helpful. I am on a restricted diet so I did not eat at the breakfast, but I did use the coffee service in the lobby. and it was excellent. I did not use the hot tub but used the pool. What a great pool! I enjoyed the room to do some of my water aerobics. I will be staying again when I return to Saginaw next year to visit my family. It is in a great location."

"Property was beyond our expectations and was so clean and so well furnished, it was like we never left home! Perfect for gatherings with multiple couples or families. We spent most our time on the back porch and in the spaciousback yard. My daughter spent most her time walking along the bay and brought home a whole ziploc bag of small shells. Would recommend to everyone!"

"Everything involved with this rental was above and beyond! The home was super clean, they provided lots of extras such as bathroom amenities, snacks, firewood, etc. The game room was a great bonus even thought we didn’t use it, we did check it out.Earl was gracious in allowing us to check in early although we ended up not need it. All four of us (mature women) were more than satisfied with the home. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your unique treasure with us!"
