" It is 5 stars level for evrey thing. every thing is clean and new. the rooms are very big and the beds are comfort. the place have spa sawna and gym and a pool The breakfast is super delicious and very rich The service is very good lot of workers that looking to help with a smile. "I have never encountered anyone as careless as the receptionist working when I was checking out on April 30th. When I wanted to collect my luggage from the reception, he was smoking outside the reception and during working hours and told me that I had to go inside the reception and collect my luggage myself. It's really like a joke. It might be the most poorly managed and undisciplined hotel of the Ramada I have ever seen. Part of the room was barely vacuumed and the furniture was very old....
