A very new and elegant hotel at a good price. Quality furniture and sheets. Only slight negatives for us : we would have loved to have an option for breakfast. And unfortunately the Wifi was playing up during our stay.

Hotel é moderno, novo. Mas talvez dei asar , porque me mudaram de quarto duas vezes e o quarto que fiquei , não funcionou o Ar Condicionado e nem a TV. Mas estava tão cansado que fiquei nele , mesmo não funcionando nada. Café da manhã razoável.

Prezados, Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação em relação à qualidade do banheiro durante minha estadia. O quarto possui um bom tamanho, no entanto, o banheiro apresentou sérios problemas de funcionalidade. Em várias ocasiões, ao tentar tomar banho, fui obrigado a desenroscar o chuveiro e utilizar o cano de água diretamente, uma situação extremamente incômoda. Solicitei a verificação e resolução do problema, mas, infelizmente, ninguém compareceu para providenciar a devida assistência. Além disso, o banheiro apresentava um problema de vazamento, já que toda vez que utilizava o chuveiro, a água se acumulava do lado de fora do box. Para evitar que a água molhasse todo o ambiente, fui forçado a improvisar, torcendo um pano e colocando-o na porta do box. Essa situação tornou a experiência bastante desconfortável. O café da manha é extremamente básico!

Reservei um quarto e me deram outro, absurdo !

Tive de pagar R$ 370,00 para fazer mudança de quarto, pois o que reservei era com banheiro normal com box, me colocaram em um acessível, sem box, com sanitários rebaixados, não foi o que pedi. O atendente do hotel disse que so tinha este e se quisesse mudar tinha que pagar 370.00 absurdo isso ,se não tem o quarto teriam que me acomodar em outro sem cobrança. O café da manhã deixa a desjar.

Quarto bom , preço justo para a proposta , atender viajantes que querem fazer uma parada para dormir ou trabalhadores! Única queixa foi o ar condicionado , não desligava a luz de led e as paredes são de drywall ou seja a acústica não é boa , as instalações do ar passavam por dentro da parede e você escutava toda a vibração da máquina o que foi um pouco desconfortável
