This apartment offers a relaxing stay, ideal for families with children, but thanks to its convenient location and proximity to the beach, it's perfect for any type of vacation. Located on the ground floor and just 200 meters from the beach, it can accommodate 4/5 people.
The residence features two swimming pools, one for children, a playground, a bar, a pizzeria, and a minimarket open in season. The recently renovated apartment includes:
• A bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm)
• A living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a bunk bed (90x200 cm), and a flat-screen TV
• A bathroom with a shower, sink, washing machine, and separate toilet
• A fully equipped kitchen on a large balcony overlooking the garden, equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and coffee maker
