The house is an F2 type (30 m²) semi-detached property in a former tourist residence rehabilitated into private housing, with a 50 m2 terrace, opening onto a very large garden equipped with outdoor play areas for children.

At its disposal a swimming pool, and two tennis courts, shared with the residents of the houses that made up the former residence.
