"We chose this location because it was close to where we needed to be for my son‘s football camp and it had good reviews on Expedia. Everything looked very new. However, both of our rooms smelled strongly of marijuana. One of the rooms had dirty towels and ?blood on the wall. Of course, in Houston, we were happy to have bright lighting outside in the parking lot, however, the blackout curtains did not block that light, and there was not a way to get the room very dark. Basic budget rooms but definitely not deserving the average 9.5 star rating on Expedia. "
