"Since I was in Lincoln to do research at the Lincolnshire Records office, this was a perfect location. I only wish that I had asked for a room with a few of the river instead of the parking lot. The hotel was still close enough to the hill with the castle and cathedral to walk and sightsee."

"Lovely room with a nice few extras (luxury shampoo/shower gel) good selection of hot drinks even a fridge in the room with bottled water in. Area was nice and quite easy to find and plenty of car parks close by . Very good communication as to how and where to find keys to the property faultless. "

"Was Avery pleasant and up to date old hotel. Staff were most helpful. Parking was great. Breakfast was just right. Dinner was good. Pub was crowded when we arrived but when we returned from our evening walk around the cathedral it had cleared out and we had a very pleasant evening "
