"I had an amazing stay at Bekkan Fujiya Ryokan! The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made me feel right at home. お食事は盛り付けも綺麗ですし 演出も最高なのですが量、質が満足出来た感じではありませんでした。
山形県産米を使っていたのですがお家で炊いたご飯の方がツヤ感ももち感も上でした。県産米が生かされていなくて残念です。

"The double bunk bed room is really small. The onsen water was lukewarm at best, it was definitely not 40 degree celsius as claimed by the front desk staff. Breakfast buffet selection was inadequate."
