- Il se compose d'une lumineuse et spacieuse pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte aménagée et entièrement équipée avec des éléments de qualité comprenant une plaque de cuisson, un micro-onde, une hotte et un four, un réfrigérateur...
Côté nuit deux espaces, une chambre indépendante avec un un dressing et un lit de 160x200, et un second couchage à l'étage niveau de la grande mezzanine, lit tiroir 1 ou 2 personnes, une salle d'eau avec wc et une petite buanderie.
Également, le canapé dans le salon est convertible. Le logement peut donc accueillir au maximum 5 personnes.
Cet appartement a été rénové avec goût en respectant le charme de l’ancien.
