The AKENA was delightful; most would call it boutique. Very clean, very helpful and off road parking. Only a short Uber ride from the centre.

Inflexible hours and lack of communication
My train was delayed 3 hours because of a body on the track: for most of the time there was no internet connection: I finally was able to phone the hotel and leave a message to say I would show up after 10 (their closure time I eventually found out) but when I arrive no-one answered so I had to look for somewhere else. It was not easy at that hour. I would like a refund.

Lovely hotel, but not central
There was misleading information on the website about the location of this hotel, so we were rather disappointed to find out how far it was from the historic centre. However, the hotel itself was very comfortable, the reception staff extremely helpful with recommendations of local restaurants, booking taxis etc. The breakfast was excellent. We were lucky to get there in time to get one of the car parking spaces.
