The first receptionist was terrible , she doesn’t care about guest comfort. The family rooms are in a second building and has to use stairs, this is a wrong advertising.
Until we Getz back from the tours like 6pm, Aa new receptionist gave us 2 single room with elevator and we could have a nice stay.
Unless you have no heavy bags this hotel woth it, they don’t have porter

Lots of nice features in the room
Access to trains and metro super easy
Needs: newer towels and better lighting in bathroom area, rather dim. Aside from that, Excellent
