This was a super cheap property. It was the only non-large group property in the area at the time. It took a day and a half to get a smoke detector, bathroom baseboard heater is rusted and partially disassembled. This place has real potential, though.

Charming Efficiency Apartment #10
Great lil place. Is on the smaller side but beats a hotel any day. Has a nice lawn area as well and is very quiet. Highly recommend to anyone.
