Their response was I’m not an electrician and gave us an extension cord. In the middle of the night, the lights came on and woke everyone up. When trying to shower, the shower head and lower faucet ran at same time causes lower water pressure. Went to check out at 7am, no one at desk. Waited at least 10 min still no one at desk. Left room key at desk because needed to leave. "
