We rented a suite. It was clean, updated with quiet surroundings. What I didn't like was the fact that breakfast wasn't free like most hotels. We did not eat breakfast there but went down the street to LULU'S Diner and had a great meal there

Good morning, I’m writing to share our disappointment with our recent stay at your location on the night of October 9th. To begin on a positive note, the gentleman who checked us in was lovely and welcoming. We inquired about breakfast the next morning and were told it began at 6:30 AM. However, there was no mention that breakfast was not included in our stay, which led to an unexpected charge. As we made our way to the room, we noticed the hallway carpets were heavily stained, giving the impression that there had been quite a party at some point. Unfortunately, the same condition continued into our room, where the carpeting was in such poor shape that we chose to keep our shoes on during our entire stay. In the morning, we found the shower water pressure to be extremely low — significantly weaker than the faucet. After returning from breakfast, we also noticed a questionable spot on the floor near the fireplace wall in the lobby that resembled pet urine, which was concerning. While we tried to make the best of it and even joked about the experience with our kids, it was not the level of cleanliness or comfort we expect, even for a brief overnight stay. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not stay at your location again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending it to others. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback. The staff was superb! The staff was short handed however handled everything very nicely. My mom has early stages dementia and wandered out of her hotel room. The staff say with her several hours through the night until we realized she was gone and found her in the lobby with staff

The staff is friendly and the room was pretty clean. Good value for the $. I was concerned that there was a food in the room when we checked in designated for another customer. The bed was really tall, and as a shorter person I felt like I needed to get a running start and launch myself into the bed. The other complaint was the elevator and hallways wreaked of pot.

Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke in the evenings and carpets were pretty worn out. I only had one towel, hand towel and washcloth, which was OK because I was alone, but I'm not sure why a hotel would do that. Staff was nice and the hotel itself was clean. Shower had great water pressure, bed was OK and pillows were great. There was a lot of grass in the area to potty dogs, but a lot of litter. I didn't love that the window shade didn't block out more light, as my room was illuminated all night by a big Arby's sign and a bunch of other streetlights and business signs.

Room needs updating. Not enough usb plugs. Pool area was very dirty. Hot was covered and not being used. We specifically picked this hotel for hot tub. Very disappointed that it was closed. You need to update your website on this location.

When we got there people outside the front door were spooking pot, and I have asthma and had to breathe and smell that, skunk farm, and just not a good look for a property for decent people. Front desk lady was very pleasant and friendly, and also very welcoming. Got up to the room and it was very run down and toilet and shower had peeling and just very old to step in. Slippery. Furnace vent was disgusting, looked like no one clean the vent in 10 years. The bathroom door was so dirty, just black all over the side as you open it. They provide a kitchenette with no silverware, and a filthy old coffee maker. For 2 people only gave us 1 bath towel each, that was very cheap and rough, felt like I was wiping with sandpaper.

Room was very overpriced for the conditions (couch torn and burn marks) very dirty (needs steam cleaned) looks.like dried up snot was flung on the wall of bathroom. Very undwrstaffed overworked however all employees were helpful as possible and polite. The hotel was not prepared for the capacity on this day.

This hotel was okay. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The issue was there was no toilet paper and only one set of towels. When I went to the front desk they were polite and gave me another set of towels and toilet paper but they were out of tissue paper. They said the hotel is short on towels. A hotel of this size should not be short on towels or tissue paper. And the cleaning staff should know people use toilet paper. Other than these issues, my stay was okay.

Where do we start. Hot tub wasn't working. Liked the pool being open later. We got to our room and the lamp didn't work, no USB charging area, the shower did not drain and don't make coffee in the coffee maker it had mold. No breakfast on Sunday mornings. The lobby was nice and the restaurant/bar was accommodating. The staff were really nice. Oh and no discount for UNOH parents but apparently there was one for the student.

I selected a handicap room when I booked because the price jumped if you didn't. The bathroom was very large but had few places to hang or sit your personal belongings. Some more hooks would be appreciated. Breakfast was not included (unusual) but they had a sit down restaurant/bar downstairs. I noticed more than one person walk out when they realized they had to pay for breakfast. The hotel could have included a coupon or voucher to offset the cost as the breakfast was no feast.
