The staff was pleasant and the property was clean. However, it is overpriced. They charged us 100 USD to check in at 11 instead of 2 even though we were checking out the next day at 5:30 am. Consistently throughout South America we were able to get an earlier check in time for free.

Hotel Estelar Miraflores
Fantastic location if you are high enough to not hear the vivid life of Miraflores while you’re trying to sleep through the night. The staff and room were perfect for my stay. The restaurant on top had an amazing panoramic view, and breakfast every day was perfect.
