The Space
Enjoy a modern, comfortable, and cosy apartment in Miraflores, designed to make you feel right at home. It features 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, private bathroom, Smart TV, and a dressing table/desk area; and a second bedroom with a double bed, closet, and Smart TV.

The living room is spacious and bright, featuring a 65" TV, a dining area, and a fully integrated open kitchen with an island and four bar stools—ideal for sharing breakfast, meals, or a drink at the end of the day. It also features a second full bathroom and a pleasant balcony with views of the outdoors and the ocean.

Guest Access
During your stay, you’ll be able to enjoy the entire apartment and the building’s common areas in complete comfort. You’ll have access to the gym, terraces, and lounge areas—ideal for relaxing and enjoying a quiet moment—with no reservation required.

You’ll also be able to enjoy the pool, which requires only a simple reservation and usually has plenty of available time slots. If you’d like to use the barbecue area, you must reserve it in advance to secure your date.

We’re just a few blocks from the boardwalk and María Reiche Park, perfect for walking, enjoying the ocean, and watching the sunset. Plus, you’ll find renowned restaurants and cafés in the Miraflores dining district just a short walk away.

The building features security, a gym, terraces, and lounge areas. The pool is available by reservation, which is usually straightforward and has good availability; the barbecue area does require coordination and advance booking. We also offer private parking included.
