we were traveling international with family for the first time, not a good experience, we checked out several weeks early because of mold and the hotel would not refund any portion of the stay, they said the mold smell was irrelevant, they also charged an additional 10 percent of booking price up front for "cleaning services",

Comfortable. Excellent location. The massage chairs in the lobby are a HUGE Plus!! we really enjoyed them after walking all day around the city. The breakfast could be served earlier (available only from 7:30-10:30am). And it would be nice if they had a cafeteria instead of bringing it to the room as it felt a little cramped for us to eat in the guest room.

I had made a reservation with the receptionist at the hotel a week before my stay and when the day came for me to stay there they couldn’t find my reservation. I was waiting for 2 hours for them to find my reservation once they did they said that a previous guest had left their suitcases there and they couldn’t give me a room. They didn’t even apologize and after 2 hours had to find a different hotel. Worst experience ever. DONT STAY THERE!!!!

It is a roach hotel. I found severed roach legs, roach wings, and actual roaches throughout the room. The shower was moldy. Mini fridge didn't work ao my food was spoiled. Microwave had a terrible smell. Pillows had hairs and covers were unwashed. The photos featured were staged. The only good thing was that the staff was relatively friendly and polite.

Ive been here before. This time the quality was disappointing. Breakfast was only bread and egg. No eggs the last 2 days beacuse they didnt have gas. No fruits. Towels were small and thin. NO INTERNET for 2 whole mornings.

The property is well located and has basic customer service and its clean. Dont expect top service as after 3pm clening people are not available. Breakfast is basic and repetitive and they take it to your room. Air conditioning gives problems.

I've got little trouble bringing guest to my room so it is advised to heck with the hotel before if it is permitted. Make sure to request a lower floor because the higher up the less pressure the shower has, I was in the 7th floor and it was dripping from the shower.

No Frills but a great hotel!

I arrived at 7am and requested a dearly check-in. Unfortunately the room would not be available until 2 PM so I accepted a lesser room (still a suite) w/ the option to change for larger roomette next day! I decided to remain in the room which was only slightly smaller than the reserved suite. The staff was friendly and efficient and for the most part spoke English well., The Hotel was very clean and neat.The Breakfast simple and fresh. It was delivered each morning and included Eggs, coffee, orange juice and rolls. This hotel is located an easy 10 minute walk from Kennedy Park and restaurants. Overall a very enjoyable experience and a very good value for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

is the worst place i have stay , at entrance smoke smell when you enter the room smell humidity and ac dont work bed is super old so is like a table , a lot of noise from out side , they change me to other room !!!! less smell humidity still ac dont work , bed as a table super old and nex day when you take bath water goes on and off !!! is reallyt the worst hotel i have stay really im not over telling things these hotel should be take off these site

My lady and I stay at this establishment for six nights (Saturday through Friday morning) That said, I cannot recommend this hotel, because the information posted was deceiving. We had the so called "Executive suite." What a joke. First and foremost, it was located on the 2nd floor (which was technically the first floor of rooms). There was no tv in the living room, and no room to seat and relax comfortably. Extremely small living space. When we first checked in, I mention this to the front desk personnel, he ensured me that they would rectify the issue the following morning. There was zero follow up from the staff. In addition, I mentioned that I was a Gold member, and highlighted that I was eligible for a free upgrade. No follow-up or upgrade occurred. It get worse... They literally provided two towels, and one hand towel. Oh, please be prepared to go out and purchase your own toilet paper, because what is provided is essentially tissue paper that is dispensed like ... Tissue paper. The hot water was only available the first couple of days, then it was luke warm the rest of the trip. The maintenance team was banging and making noises every morning. There is so much more, but it's not worth my time. The last thing I will mention is when my lady and I checked out on October 24th, the front desk personnel was sleep, and was discombobulated. Didn't assist with our bags down the stairs, or provide and assistance. Will never stay at this establishment again.
