At my minimalist apartment. You'll first arrive to a beautiful and bright modernly decorated lobby with vaulted ceilings and be greeted by a professional and smiling concierge, who will let you up to the flat located in the 13th floor. There, you can enjoy a Spanish shower and then sleep in a luxurious queen bed. In the building, you can stay in modern co-working space located in the top of the building. The place is pretty close to the Malecón as well as the best bars and restaurants. Enjoy it!

JACUZZI AND POOL

- Pool usage requires a minimum booking of 2 nights.
- Enjoy the jacuzzi for $10 per 90 minutes. Please request a reservation from the host at least one day in advance.
- If you'd like to reserve a chaise lounge in the pool area, kindly check with the host beforehand.

YOGA GYM

- Reserve one hour in the Yoga Gym by contacting the host at least one day in advance.

Great Location/Modern Apartment

The apartment was clean, modern and secure. I was quite pleased with the reservation. All additional needs were within a block of the building as well. Recommended.

Este apartamento te cobra una tarifa por limpieza y lo encuentras sumamente sucio no sirve la estufa el agua caliente dura 5 minutos el sofá exageradamente sucio y huele horrible la mesa la lámpara que tiene la sala en muy mal estado las paredes sucias , el segundo supuesto cuarto es una cama en la entrada del apartamento sin puerta y el baño está en el máster así que no ay ningúna privacidad , lo único bueno de este lugar es la vista la piscina y la ubicación por lo demás nada, ninguna foto expresa la realidad del lugar . No lo recomiendo!!!!!
