Customer service is excellent. “Hotel is falling apart” Hotel has a great location but: No hot water, carpet are dirty, mattress’s are old, sheets are really old. Outlets are not working. I use to love this hotel, but I’m sorry, hotel must be upgraded or sold to another hotel who can make this hotel a real hotel.

Un hotel que ha visto mejores días. Realmente muy descuidado, desde un desayuno que iniciaba oficialmente 7am pero nunca estaba listo hasta las 720 o más, wifi con baja o ninguna señal, habitaciones que necesitan una renovación urgente con paredes manchadas de humedad, televisor con falla en colores. Agua en la ducha o salía muy fria o muy caliente haciendo el baño todo un desafío. Incluso solo hay dos ascensores lentos. Adicional estaba un equipo de futbol con ruido toda la noche y nadie les decía nada.

The location is the best, very close to Larco and accessible to any place in Miraflores and San Isidro, which for me it was wonderful. I could get a taxi and visit the family and access to the best restaurants within the area. The Staff are wonderful, very helpful and nice. But I would pay attention to the cleanliness part. They need to renew the beds, sheets and the bathrooms. That would take Maria Angola to the way it was before when I used to live in Lima.

Can improve on the cleanliness, its not very quiet and the rooms have poor lighting but it was only for 1 night and probably for the price couldnt find something better. Also, they were supposed to pick me up from the airport and never showed up.

Great location, nice staff and good customer service. The room 610 has mold in the closet, mold on the ceiling by the foyer and the carpet stinks in the apartment, the carpet on the foyer looks dirty as well. Is a nice hotel in a great location but it needs a full renovation for sure.

Wi-fi en Piso 9 pésimo, constantemente se caía, solo había nueve canales locales en servicio de TV, habitación oscura y con alfombras y muebles antigüos. Al cambiar a una habitación en Piso 3, Francy, la recepcionista de turno colgó el teléfono en repetidas oportunidades impidiendo que se le diera agradecimiento.

Location location location and that's about it...

Great location for walking around the Mireflores area of Lima. Otherwise, not much else going for it. Rooms very worn, peeling paint in the washroom, dirty carpets, wifi not very reliable. Not sure I'd return unless it was a last resort.
