Paguei o hotel pelo hoteis.com, chegando la me pediram meu cartao alegando que nao tinha sido pago. Ao receber a fatura estava com dois debitos. Entrei varias vezes em contato com o hotel e ninguem resolve meu problema. Estou a alguns meses tentando resolver e, o melhor a fazer eh avisar a todos sobre o discreto roubo ocorrido na hora do checkin.

I was there for business. Service at the hotel was very good, breakfast was included in the price and it was good. Location was excellent in the heart of Miraflores!! Hotel staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and wifi was quite good anywhere in the hotel. A three star hotel that more than met my expectations. Next time I go to Lima I would go back with no hesitations!

Excelente atendimento

O hotel fica no coração do bairro Miraflores, próximo à bons restaurantes e lojas. Pode-se ir a pé até o Shopping Larcomar. Embora o prédio e as instalações já não sejam novos, a excelente equipe compensa essa deficiência. Os passeios recomendados foram excelentes e muito pontuais. Fui muito bem atendida e recomendo o hotel.

Nice hotel

Lima is hot so having air conditioning was great. The woman who took care of the breakfast buffet was really friendly and made sure we knew what everything was as we had not seen some of the fruits before. The hotel booked us a taxi to the airport but was more than we paid for. The manager at the front desk made a face like we were being unrealistic so found our own taxi for less.

The location in Miraflores is good, within walking distance of Parque Kennedy, restaurants, shops and Barranco. The staff were very helpful, especially as a few things in our room broke the first night (overhead fan and a few lightbulbs, which they addressed right away). The room was warm and they don't have A/C, which is something we found to be common throughout Peru (most places just have fans). The woman who organizes the wonderful breakfast is very nice. The wifi is slow, but again that's common throughout the whole country we found. Great place to stay for the price we paid.

Good place to stay in Miraflores

Stayed a couple of nights, the room was confortable, clean and quiet. Hot shower and good water pressure. Complementary breakfast was ok.

me encanto mi estancia en el hotel porque esta limpio, pero sobre todo el personal me encanto, es super atento y además al salir un dia del hotel deje olvidado mis lentes de marca y al regresar a las 11 de la noche pregunte a la recepción y me los entregaron. Estoy muy agradecida con el personal que además de educado son atentos en todo momento, incluso un día de lluvia me ofrecieron paraguas, que mas puedo decir, lo mejor para su personal. felicidades!

la atención fue buena. El desayuno espectacular. Solo dos cosas que no me parecieron correctas: !.- En la promoción no hablan del IGV, el cual te enteras recién en el hotel. 2. La señorita del counter, me paso la tarjeta de crédito en una solo cuenta, a pesar que le explique previamente que lo haga en cuotas. Al concluir me dijo que lo hizo así, por que no era accesible la opción cuotas. PLOOOT. Lo demás conforme gracias.
