Old building almost without electric point at the room; the photo in web site showing the breakfest is totally fake; there are not enough employees and some times you stay out (in the avenue) waiting for someone open the door, because the people are working an other point and far of the lobby. The positive point are the employees and the cleaning
Hotel bem simples, porém limpo.Não possui ar condicionado, apenas um circulador de ar pequeno. Como boa parte dos prestadores de serviço local, são bem secos. Café da manhã deixa a desejar.

Me gustó que se encuentra cerca del centro, aunque su desayuno no es variado, todos los días sólo hubo huevo y papas, no cambiaron el menú y por encontrarse en una de las avenidas principales había bastante ruido en todo momento.
Fuimos a este Hotel en Lima, porque veníamos de Cusco y habíamos estado en su Hotel San Agustin Plaza (de la misma cadena) y pensamos que era así de bonito y cómodo. Pero nada que ver, aunque la persona de la recepción fue muy amable siempre, el hotel está en decadencia, entiendo que no pueden cambiar fácilmente la infraestructura pero los muebles de los cuartos están viejos, desgastados y manchados, el baño tiene moho, e cuarto apesta a humedad, y no hay una persona que te ayude con las maletas y cosas así. Los conectores te dan un chispazo al conectar algo.
Excelente como siempre, Recomendado esta cerca al Mall Plaza Real y todo está estratégicamente bien ubicado, cuando voy a peru pienso Hotel San Agustin Riviera

Bom hotel e bem localizado.
Hotel no centro de lima ..muito movimento e barulho.. janelas são simples o ruído é como se não tivesse..não há frigobar no quarto.pontos positivo.. café..chuveiro e cama.para ir do hotel até o aeroporto reserva 1 h a mais no seu roteiro o trânsito é horrível..
El hotel es increíble, muy cómodo, los protocolos sobre el covid-19 son acatados 100%, muy buen desayuno, tiene una ubicación muy buena y es tranquilo.
First night we were put in a room where we hear a lot of noise from a night club nearby and had a funny smell. The day after we asked for another room, there was no trouble and they provided us with another room, this room also had a little noise from the cars below but it was better. Breakfast was good and had enough options.

You get what you pay.
Location is a bit sketchy at night. The lounge is the best part of the hotel, which gives you a good impressions and made me book the room actually. The rooms are old and not very clean. You can see stains on the bed sheets and towels. There is no air conditioner, just a fan. Privacy should be taken more seriously here because even though I put the sign on to not clean my room when I left, they entered and cleaned it.
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. They were very accomadating for us not being Spanish speakers and did their best to help out. The staff helped bring our luggage up and made sure we got into an Uber or taxi safely, even though the area we were staying in was very safe. Would recommend based off the good location(everything was 10min away) and the friendly staff.
