Arrived at hotel at 1am in the morning and our room wasn't ready.... Staff knew we would be in late as they had organised airport pick up, yet room was not ready when we arrived, exhausted and in need of a bed 12hours after the normal check in time. Disappointing.

La limpieza del sitio terrible, alfombras manchadas, baño sucio… llegamos y no nos tomaron la temperatura no había estaciones de alcohol, nos fuimos temprano del local que no presta las medidas de bioseguridad respectivas.

The room that we were allocated was not as per the pictures seen on the website and this was disappointing; the reception staff and all other staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast and adjoining sitting areas with free PC access where very good and as per the pictures provided

Me gusto: - Condiciones generales de hotel en cuanto a infraestructura - Atención de todo el personal - Ubicación privilegiada en zona financiera entre Cercado de Lima y Miraflores. Hay numerosos restaruantes y servicios, buena comunicacion No me gusto: - Falta Aire acondicionado y/o calefacción. - Por la mañana el agua de la ducha estaba tibia o fria - El "desayunador" es muy chico y debe ser ampliado

I asked for an extra hour to stay based I arrived very late the previous night and also I didn’t have my passport with me due I left it in my friends car. They denied me in a rude way and didn’t give the chance to bring my passport to avoid the 18% of taxes for being foreigner.

한국인에게는 너무 안 맞는 호텔입니다. 비싼 가격에 비해 너무 춥고 히터,커피포트 없음, 아침 식사도 먹을것이 없고 밖은 시끄럽고(이런것들은 문화가 달라서... 이해 함) 화가 나는것은 외국인은 VAT를 받지 않는것으로 알고 있는대 기본적으로는 18% 포함해서 영수증 발행 해 주더니 공항가서 TAX 환불 받으라고 합니다. 공항에는 TAX 환불 장소가 없었습니다.

Proche terminal de bus Cruz de Sur

Très pratique quand on prend un bus longue distance. L'hôtel est en rénovation. Dommage qu'il n'y est pas de chauffage, et les cloisons sont très minces donc un peu bruyant.

Me queje con la administracion porque dos veces despues de haberse hecho la limpieza a la siesta ingreso a mi habitacion personal del hotel.apenas si golpearon y ya habrieron la puerta.Avise que estaba adentro y se fueron.Nunca me habia pasado. El hotel esta en plena avenida y x el transito hay bocinazos todo el tiempo de mañana y tarde.Tanpoco acondicionan el desayuno habia que pedir todos los dias que pongan edulcorante. Muy improvisados. No me gusto.
