El lugar no tiene buen alcance de internet en todas las habitaciones, la cama era una sencilla para 2 personas, el agua caliente no sale caliente ni tibia, sale menos fría, la ducha no tiene mucha fuerza para que salga el agua. De resto es aceptable.

For the price , it's good . Room was clean and quiet. Reception is on !st floor , so don't have a huge bag. No restaurant , but food nearby. Staff try hard .

The staff is particularly friendly and helpful, and they speak very good English. The quality to price ratio is also very good. This is the second time I have stayed at the Panamericano and I will be returning for sure.

We just needed something for a short night’s stay, close-ish to the bus station. The pillows were very thin, the mattresses had vinyl covers on them, and the towels were pretty skimpy. The included breakfast was ok once we’d figured out to order at one window in the lobby, and wait for it to be delivered to the dining area. The morning front desk person was very helpful with figuring out bus companies and schedules and ordering a taxi for us, despite our poor Spanish and his poor English.

hôtel mal entretenue

a notre arrivée ils nous ont donnés une chambre malpropre. Cette chambre était la plus près de la réception et j'avais l'impression que le personnel utilisait la toilette pour leur propre besoin lorsque celle-ci n'était pas loué. On nous a changé de chambre suite à ma demande, celle-ci était un peu mieux. Il y avait des cheveux dans les draps et le plancher était collant. Le personnel faisait le minimum pour le service.

Overpriced hotel near Central Lima

It is not in a very safe neighborhood, particularly at night. The lady at the small hotel store was particularly helpful. I think this place is overpriced.
