The staff was friendly, the food was good. Hot water took a while. Damptness that makes the room smell rancid. There is no A/C or heating. When advertising they should notify about this inconvenience.

Good hotel. Minute walk from Park Kennedy which has tons of shopping, food and stuff to do. Hotel was clean, staff were super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the beds are super hard, but this was our first stay in Peru and we learnt that a lot of beds are on the harder side throughout the country. Otherwise, hotel stay was good.

Extremely Firm Mattress ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Loved the location, safe, clean, good service, close to the best attractions. However, the bed was not ideal. If you don’t like extremely firm mattresses, you won’t care for the sleep here. I hope that all rooms don’t have the same kind we did. I would suggest asking to see the room first and make sure the beds are to you liking. Going into an 14 day backpacking trip with sore backs from a bad sleep just sucked. It’s so unfortunate, because everything else was exceptional.

Proximity to downtown Miraflores restaurants parks beach bars is a plus, felt safe all over Miraflores, the staff was very friendly and attentive

MY TIME
This was a nice Hotel, not too busy and reasonable priced rooms . I planned to be out and about and not in the room as much and I could have watch TV but not my thing . View was good for 7 stories high that’s all . Some rooms may have A/C units , temperature was not a problem for me . I will go to this Hotel again and enjoy my time.

This is a no frill no nonsense hotel that gives you good value for the money. There is free Wifi and a free basic buffet breakfast. The location is excellent, walking distacne to everything and in one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Peru. Withing minutes of walk there is the famous Kennedy Park, abundance of restaurants and shops. It is a popular place for young people, locals and visitors, to hang out. And the neighborhood is very safe. The hotel is not fancy by any means, but the staff is polite and professional. I found their daytime receptionist Kristell very helpful and amiable.

Staff Friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was clean and in good condition. Very nice location near Kennedy Park. Sorry but breakfast was not enjoyable I only had it the first morning and found something else for the rest of the stay. It is normal on Peru to have no heat in the rooms of less expensive hotels so be warned you might need some extra blankets. I think the room rate was very fair. I would stay there again

The property is located a block away from Park Kennedy and is around 15 blocks from Larcomar. The neighbor is one of the safest in Lima. This is a nice hotel for a decent price it isn't a four star hotel.

No se los recomiendo a nadie en primer lugar las habitaciones sucias no tienen aire hacia una calor horrible se metían al cuarto sin autorización muy desagradable todo muy mala experiencia el desayuno no tenían opciones verifiquen bien antes de ser reservaciones con ellos

O hotel é bem localizado. Bem perto do Parque Kenedy que é uma parte de Miraflores super movimentada e com bastante comércio. As funcionárias do hotel foram bem atenciosas e simpáticas. Ficamos em um quarto espaçoso com chuveiro quentinho e desfrutamos de um bom café da manhã com frutas, suco natural, ovos, pão, frios, café, leite, chá... Tem um bom custo-benefício.

Buena ubicación
Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, está cerca del cine, la plaza de los gatos, supermercado, casinos, restaurantes y locomoción colectiva. Se puede ir caminando a la orilla del mar. Compramos el city tour en el hotel y nos fueron a buscar al mismo para tomar el bus. La habitación era grande y las camas cómodas, agregaría un secador de pelo en el baño, un lugar donde poner las maletas para que no queden en el suelo y otro mueble para guardar la ropa. En general el personal es muy amable, en especial el guardia del turno de noche y el muchacho que hace el aseo en el pasillo durante la mañana. Lamentablemente el servicio de desayuno tiene mucho que mejorar, los dos jóvenes que atienden lo hacen con una parka (no usan uniforme) y en todo momento están usando sus celulares, dan dos rebanadas de pan por persona y cuando yo pedía más se molestaban, a las diez en punto comenzaban a subir las sillas de las mesas, sin importar que existieran personas comiendo aún, además, nos tocó presenciar una conversación muy desagradable entre el joven y una clienta, el joven se enojó, tiró el plato con los huevos y salió del lugar dando un portazo, actitudes que no corresponden a alguien que está ahí para atender a los clientes. Deben limpiar más seguido los vidrios del comedor.
