With 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a full bed and the other with a twin bed, plus a modern bathroom with a refreshing shower, this place is perfect for small groups or families. The living room even has a comfy sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in San Borja.
    Our 2 cats share the private patio with the apartment, but do not need to enter your side!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Keys must be placed in Lockbox and secured. Please leave the place as clean as you found it.. A cleaning fee of $50 will apply if house is left dirty
Bag all trash & place inside green bin and cover it, its in the front patio. We have stray cats in the area
Place all used bed linen and towels on top of dinning table. Our staff will enter premises anytime 15 minutes past check-out time, without notice. we dont have storage for personal items left behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
