I had to cancel the reservation and look for a different hotel because they left my father waiting to open the door of the building for 3 hours. My father had his heart medication inside and had to call the police and fire fighters to let him in. When he got in, he picked up his bags and left. Something to mention, there is no reception personnel on site, they lock the front door, the shared bathroom door has no lock so anyone can open while you are using it, I've called Expedia to get a refund but they are still waiting for the Manager of the hotel to respond.
