This one bedroom, one bathroom studio with a large balcony (ocean view and a beautiful park view) and private parking is located on the seventeenth floor of the Studio4 building in Barranco, the amenities of which include a pool, jacuzzi, gym, sky bar, coworking, laundry service and 24/7 reception service. Barranco is a lively and vibrant district full of culture and nightlife, where one can enjoy marvelous traditional Peruvian cuisine and local drinks. Studio4 is located only 2.4 miles from the beach (an 8-minute drive), and walking distance from local bakeries, cafés, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

Juan’s place was amazing, everything looked according to pictures, excellent location. The place was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could think of. Very helpful instructions videos, strong Wi-Fi. I highly recommend it.
