Newly renovated stylish apartment with private entrance from the street. No Service Fee (We cover it). High end finishes. 3 queen size bedrooms with 50 inches smart TVs with Netflix included. 3 full bathrooms, private terrace with gas grill, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in-unit.

NO PARTIES AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED

This is a modern, light filled apartment. Ideally located, in a quiet street just three blocks away from the prestigious Lima Golf Club, very accessible for running or jogging in the morning. in the heart of San Isidro and just 5 minutes away from Miraflores. It has a modern living room with a all glass window views of a private garden.

Lots of light, beautifully furnished, nice designer touches, books, and a good feel. Fast Internet service.
Impeccable bedding and towels. Kitchen and laundry very well equipped. And good coffee!

Close to everything without the "messiness" of touristy areas. Everything you need for a carefree vacation. Easy walking access to top-notch restaurants, bars, pharmacies, banks, , bookstores, groceries, ATM, and shops.
Even medical services are within walking distance or at a short cab ride.
