"Great place!"

"The property was immaculate! Hot tub was clean and did not look old or ran down (like in some other VRBOs), and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The beds were comfortable and between the two rooms they had every “type” of pillow that would suit every type of sleeper. They also provided swim towels for the hot tub and an ample selection of board games, cards, etc.I personally loved that there was not only a wine opener, but wine stoppers to reseal the bottle (another boujee luxury that you don’t think about until you need it ).I did not knock the property for this, but something to consider is to provide property location directions in the check-in comments. The address I put in to two separate navigation systems gave me the wrong address. It was only by chance of driving around the property three times that I found that the “B” unit was below the “A” unit on a separate road. Otherwise the property was great, no complaints!"

"This place is amazing and a great value. The host and people responsible for maintaining the place are very responsive and accommodating. My one issue is the lack of lights that worked, the amount of light switches, and how they should be labeled. I probably spent two hours trying to figure out what switch did what and still could not find switches for certain light fixtures. The kitchen had 6 lights and only three were operational. Some lamps were sketchy, and flickered. The carpet could use updating as well."

"Close to the National park and downtown Estes Park! Clean property, and very nice. Would love a bigger fridge and laundry facilities, but it worked for our short stay. The hot tub isn’t exactly private, but it is all yours during your stay. :) Would highly recommend for shorter stays or willingness to clean clothes elsewhere. Great communication from owners, and easy to navigate. "

"The property was fantastic! The moment we walked in it felt like home. The view from the backside is the best part of the property. The pictures from the listing doesn’t do it any justice as it had fantastic views from the elevated walk out deck as well as the hot tub. It was about 5 minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park and about the same for downtown Estes Park. There is a herd (about 20) of elk that frequent the property. They seem to hang out within a quarter of a mile from the back. The last day we witness two bull elk fighting which was a great spectacle. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The kitchen area was large enough for everybody to have own space. It was an open concept with the living room right there. There were three bedrooms. We had two adults and three kids 6-13. We only used two bedrooms as one of the lower bedrooms had a bunk bed in it. The beds for the bunk beds top and bottom were no smaller than a full size bed. So all three of our kids slept in that room. The second bedroom in lower level had a king size bed and private walk in shower bathroom with heated floors. The main bedroom on main floor had own walk in shower bathroom. King size bed was great. There was no shortage of televisions in the place. We have booked mark this property if we ever return to Estes Park or will tell people whom are going to look at this place. "
