"Not a clean property and very much in need of a refurb. Lots of dirt, hairs in the bathroom, thick dust and grime. Lots of the appliances were in need of replacing, second bathroom sink hanging off the wall, tap in kitchen about to come off, mattresses were absolutely awful. Property was very noisy ..."
