The receptionist was particularly helpful and the rooms were really clean and spacious. The only thing was the room was too hot (but we were able to open the balcony door to cool the room down. However it was very cold outside so maybe the reason. Very happy and did not spoil our experience

Great clean and comfortable hotel.

Friendly welcoming staff.clean and comfortable rooms.It was great to have a hob and a microwave as we stayed 4 nights.One small suggestion kitchen items would be improved by having bottle openers a sharp knife and a cutting board.Great quiet location and quick to get to on the Metro.Will definitely book again if going to Lille again.

Breakfast is really disappointing

Breakfast is horrible Eggs are artificial, fruits are not that good, hot chocolate was not there in the coffee machine, cheese was sooooo satly. Breakfast is not worth 14 euros almost per person, per day. very disappointing. The rest, was OK (rooms are clean)

Not again

The only good thing of the hotel was that the hotelstaff was friendly and the hotel room looked clean. Only the fridge made the whole night a loud zooming sound and there was no water available. The shower was broken, the breakfast was not really the best, no real cheese and all the fruit was gone. For a hotel chain like this it was not satisfactory.

Breakfast is so so

breakfast is horrible bread is not fresh I went at 7AM to breakfast, there were: no milk anymore, no yogurts anymore, no eggs anymore and no ham either. I needed to ask for eggs.. and I waited and told myself, when they will bring eggs, they will also bring the rest (milk, ham, yogurts...) but no.. I needed to ask for a yogurt ... then someone asked for milk... this is ridiculous !!!! and it was ONLY 7AM !!! Not 9:20AM or 10 AM!!! breakfast experience was really disappointing
