    10min from the golf course of Mérignies and Thumeries.

    Single storey apartment completely renovated in July 2024 of 50m2 on the ground floor located in the hypercenter of Phalempin.

    You will find bakery, pharmacy, restaurant 2 minutes walk.

    You will enjoy a beautiful living room area equipped with a 55-inch TV, Netflix and wifi.

    A sleeping area composed of a bedroom with
    high quality 140x200cm bedding with also a travel cot for a baby.

    A sofa bed is also present in the living room for an adult.

    Fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kitchen utensils, breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes.

    Bathroom equipped with shower, hair dryer, iron.
