Very comfortable stay. Main sites and restaurants walkable. Convenient for stations. Staff very attentive and helpful. Only complaint was that you could hear a lot of noise from the back of the building at night (noisy neighbours maybe?). More black teabags in the room would have been nice too. Overall, very nice stay.

Great Hotel in the City Centre
Great hotel just by Lille Flanders Station and 10 minutes from Lille Eurostar. Euralille shopping centre is just across the road. Beautifully furnished room with a comfy bed, nice spacious shower; fridge and safe in the wardrobe. Staff could not have been more helpful and courteous during my short stay

Service not so good. At the reception personel busy to take phone calls and serve at the bar leading to late check-in and check out. Room service poor. Bad just covered and no soap and shampoo replacement. Bathroom very cold with heater switched off.

Convenient location
We stayed at this hotel at the start and end of our holidays, travelling with the Eurostar train from London. The hotel is in walkable distance from the railways station if you do not carry too much luggage, and it is also conveniently placed near shops and restaurants so perfect for a short stop over.

The property and staff are beautiful. I wish the posting would have been more candid about parking. When I arrived I was warned not to park out front and instead use a parking garage 5 min away. The reason for this was "safety." I appreciated the warning and indeed we did not feel our car was safe in the neighborhood. If you don't have a car this is a great spot. If you do, be aware - parking is an issue. Otherwise, fantastic. Clean, nicely appointed and well-cared for. Staff couldn't be nicer.

Location really good. Room was spacious with living area to relax in. Only down side was the room was on the noisy side caused by delivery vans dropping of goods to businesses in the early hours of the morning. Trolley wheels don’t move across cobblestones quietly.

Perfect in all respects.
A great little boutique hotel, small and very stylish. The location is Lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of the city. Very stylish yet cosy. Top class breakfast with excellent choice.perfect, Close to all the sites of interest. Nice little bar area which doubles as the breakfast room. We cannot fault this hotel in any way, it is particularly good for couples.

Monday to friday city break.
The hotel was well situated, a five minute walk from the station. The road it was on didn't appear to be a very pleasant street on first approach, but we didn't have any problems. we had a triple room which was adequate for 3 people. I didn't think the room was particularly well cleaned during our stay. But it wasn't really awful. Just little things I noticed. The receptionist that we met on our arrival was really lovely. She didn't have a lot of english, but it didn't matter her smile said it all. The whole time we were there she always smiled.

An underrated gem
Absolutely fantastic location within walking distance of both stations and all local amenities. Every single member of staff was so friendly and helpful, we really couldn’t fault them. The green initiative where you can decline room service in exchange for tokens for a free drink is a great idea! Would definitely stay again - thanks for making our four nights in Lille so pleasurable.

Nice hotel, good room service but didn’t bring my breakfast (room service) even though form completed for breakfast had been removed from the door handle. By the time I had waited, and it didn’t arrive I didn’t have time for breakfast before leaving the hotel

Overall good but a few small disappointments
Although the hotel was in a great location and I was overall satisfied with the stay there were a few thing that left me disappointed. The room had several small flaws, for example, the towel heater was loose and hot enough to leave a burn mark after accidentally touching it, the shower was also not covered enough to keep the water from semi flooding the whole bathroom.

Hotel near the Town Centre and Lille Europe stn
Breakfast room very small and cramped. Not enough room for food to be laid out, and difficult to reach. Bedding should have been changed every 2 days, but it wasn’t. One day the Towels weren’t replaced, and had to ask at Reception for clean towels. Air Conditioning in room didn’t work properly. The best thing about the room was the bathroom. View from the bedroom window was the back of other buildings. Problem with Car Parking which had been reserved for 4 nights, but one night, when arrived there, was told the Car Park was ‘Full’. After waiting for 45 minutes, it was eventually sorted out. For this error, we were only charged for 2 nights.

Great location, comfortable rooms & helpful staff
The hotel is a short walk from both Lille Europe and Lille Flanders train stations, the staff working at reception are very polite and welcoming, check-in was effortless. My room was clean, cosy and very comfortable with modern furnishings. For places to eat, you’re spoilt for choice as there are several restaurants within a one minute walk from the hotel’s front door and plenty more beyond. I’d be happy to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Lille.
