"The hotel is located near the main square Grand’Place so is close to a lot of sightseeing places and transportation. The staff were police and friendly however the hotel didn’t have all the amenities listed and the shower hose was broken. Overall it’s a good hotel as a base and to sleep."

"Lovely room overlooking the main square. Quite small, but had everything that we needed for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar was excellent -- great gins and tonic! One minor niggle -- the breakfast area is small and we had to wait for a table on two occasions. ..."
