"The check in process was really long. Some staff were very friendly and others were not. The rooms were clean and comforrable and the breakfast was amazing."

When spoken to the other receptionists and even the manager, they didn't care. They were laughing and only cared about getting 20 lousy euros. This costs a client and potential new clients. Specially if you demonstrate you only care about money and not clients. Makes no sense. Awful customer experience, I'll never return."

"I had a great Executive room with view of the bridge. Got 20% off coupon from Expedia but didn't use it. Their breakfast was 27Euro, not cheap even with discount. Coffee machine in the room was great. Lobby has coffee in the morning, water all day, or can refill from gym. Checked out sauna, it was nice. Room has small bar of soap, no lotion, but shower gel/shampoo and conditioner. Located 2 stops away from Central train station via tram, with stop right outside of hotel. Took one star off as it is located at end of central downtown area. I would have rather liked to stay more in central. but was great anyway. No complains."

"Properties a good modern appearance and vibe is good. We loved the outside patio to hangout. It is very close to dining places and walkable to the central areas. The only issue we had was the bed a little hard and we ran into dirty towels on our first night and requested for another clean set."
