"I always try to leave a fair review of the property. The communication was excellent from getting the keys to our initial question / answers. I was impressed with the amenities at the location. The medicine cabinet in the bathroom had extra things like shaving cream, bug spray for trips around island to sun screen. The kitchen had a lot of spices and condiments and I had everything I needed to cook. There were beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards. I used the beach towels a lot and was able to wash them frequently. I'd have coffee on the lanai in the morning and could hear the waves and relax. Afterwards, I'd walk 3 minutes to get to the beach and do a morning walk which I always enjoy. The ac in the bedroom and living room kept the unit cool and the pool and hot tub were available. The couch is very dated and needs replaced. I'd rent from him again."
