"We arrived at the hotel in the middle of a snow storm so we were pleased to have got there without incident. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there. The room was large and pleasantly warm, it was very cold outside. The patrons are very pleasant and welcoming. There is a bar attached to the hotel and it was good to get a drink on arrival. "

"We arrived early at the hotel and because we hadnt booked directly with the hotel chain we didnt have the entry code so could not access tahe hotel. Fortunately, there was a staff member tidying up the frontage and she got the manager to come and check us in. He was very kind and pleasant The room was very good and clean with a modern shower room. We were both very surprised by the restaurant which was excellent. "

"When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway. The only restaurant in Salives was unable...

"Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel, nous y sommes allés en couple pour un week-end : la réceptionniste était totalement débordée. Les propriétaires n’emploient pas assez d’employés pour gérer un hôtel de cet envergure. Douche sans rideau ce qui mouille toute la salle de bain, trace de chaussures dans notre chambre, piscine pas propre, verres sales (en plastique), serviettes qui sentent mauvais, pas de volet. Les chambres manquent d’équipement. Dans tous les cas les chambres ne...
