"It was clean but no towels at the pool..but my biggest complaint is after paying 185.00 for a one night stay they charge 15.00 plus tax to park your vehicle! 😳.."

"I always stay in Hampton Inn in Florida, this one was a little disappointing, the room wasn’t clean, the carpet was dirty and felt sticky and dirty. The property is not well maintained, they can do better, Hampton Inn usually has a much better standards, I felt like it was a cheap hotel / motel, didn’t like it this time. Hampton Inn / Hilton can do better. The staff was friendly, but the room really need to be updated and clean."

"Where do I even begin? We arrived, checked in, and barely had time to drop our belongings before rushing out to help set up for a wedding we were attending the next day. When we returned, the condition of the room was unacceptable. It smelled strongly of urine, and there was visible feces on the bathroom wall. The shower curtain appeared as though it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Both desk chairs were covered in crumbs and dirt, and there was debris on the floor beneath the table. The mini-split air conditioner did not properly cool the room and was filled with dust. There was no mat by the door, and since it was pouring rain during our stay, the floor became wet from us walking in. The TV had no instructions, and the alarm clock was set incorrectly, going off at 2:45 a.m. Parking was also a major issue, with far too few spaces available for the number of rooms. At 10:45 p.m., I called the front desk to ask about cancellation options, as I was not willing to stay another night in those conditions. I was told the second night would be canceled and that we would only be charged for the first night. I will never stay at the Flagler Inn again and would not recommend it to anyone."
