"Very basic hotel for traveling on a budget. Nothing fancy. The courtyard is an empty and dirty with an equally empty mildewed pool. If you’re there for business, it’s a basic room. Building is kinda dilapidated and needs some updating and better maintenance overall but hey it’s a decent neighborhood and cheap. "

"Incredible property with lovely view of the bay, crazy good service and staff. Not a thing I would change and amenities that of a place three times the price."

"An off the beaten path jungle oasis minutes from the lagoon (where they have a private property). Attention to detail and attentive and friendly service. If you want to be away from the crowds of Bacalar but still want a great lagoon swimming experience, this is the place."

"I loved the staff, the property very beautiful.
One thing I would suggest is to add a Television at the bar area. For sports fans staying there and enjoying a game .

"This is the perfect stay for a secluded getaway. It was peaceful, relaxing with a scenic background. Nestled right in the middle of the jungle, the lagoon is refreshing. The food was delicious and very natural. They had a variety of options including vegan options. The staff was very friendly and helpful which added to the relaxing atmosphere. This is definetly the place to go to get away from everything and enjoy a stress free vacation."
"From the moment we stepped foot on the property, it felt like home. Premium but with nature. The perfect blend. The staff were fantastic. The services perfect. The cabin was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable as were the sheets and pillows. The outdoor shower was sooooo nice, amazing water pressure. The whole package was great, only wish we had chosen to stay at lease one or two more days and spend more time on property instead of doing activities. Highly recommend and we will be back for another visit for sure. "
"This hotel is truly paradise on earth. The combination of the turquoise water and the lush jungle is simply magical. The attention to detail is remarkable, and the restaurant offers delicious food with plenty of vegetarian options. We even saw spider monkeys and went snorkeling — an unforgettable experience!"
