"We had a wonderful view of the ocean from our hotel room. We actually watched a wedding on the yacht docked outside our window. It is within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and many attractions. It is busy with a lot going on, but it’s Miami, so that is to be expected. The room was quiet, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!"

"Checkin gave wrong room key. No explanation of where to park or how to get there. No explanation of where breakfast buffet was held. Paper cups in breakfast area leaked, surface of main entarce and parking area painted in middle of morning, causing disruption."

"Don’t expect to check in a minute before 4pm. They don’t care! Valet is paid before you can even check in because it’s not the same company as the hotel. The room was definitely pretty and clean and spacious. Sad thing is it’s not sound proof and you hear all the honking from the city outside. Upon checkout the bellman was upset because we asked him for a cart. He wanted us to go get it! So he came angry and didn’t want to leave the cart but also stood there while we loaded the cart not him. I wasn’t changed yet So I asked him for 5 minutes so I could change and he said no we only have a few carts. So he stayed INSIDE MY ROOM while I changed in the bathroom. I was beyond frustrated and uncomfortable. I mean this service was the worst I’ve ever had! "
