"There is no onsite parking available and if you are travelling by car you have to park in one of the public car parks about 300 metres from the property. The towels were thin and the rooms are small. There was no milk for tea or coffee in the room and very limited supplies of tea and coffee. I was advised that tea and coffee is available for purchase if we want more."

"We arrived at 3am and the night concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was manic and they could not cope with the number of guests food ran out and even plates ran out. The room was lovely and clean and the housekeeper she was amazing, we only saw one, a lovely dark skinned lady who was working extremely hard trying to clean all the rooms and doing so with a smile, simply amazing. On the way out we were stuck in the car park as the reception team did not tell us the code changed. Overall lovely clean hotel good service, breakfast was not good, great housekeeper."
