"Great views of the lake and mountain. Quiet area. Clean and all amenities included. There's a bus which you can take to see nearby tourist cities. Only thing to be mindful is that there are flights of stairs you have to walk up to get to the apartment."

"Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. "

"We have just finished the most wonderful stay here. From the communications we received as soon as we booked, to the fantastic Apartment and the help we received when we asked. This apartment is brilliant. Really clean, great size, has all the amenities you need. And then you look out across a view that is just magnificent. One of the best places we have stayed at. "Really lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the lake Como. We walked to Tremezzo which was only 8/10 mins from us Lenno was also around the same so both town are fairly close. However when hot you probably want to take PT but the bus was not on time most times. Regardless this property on its own was worth it. Comfortable bed and clean property is with all amenities you’ll need for a few days. My husband and I enjoyed our time here very much. "

"We had an amazing stay. We booked the lake view room and it’s beautiful. The family who run the hotel are very kind and the service is unmatched. They went the extra mile to help us during our stay. Rooms were cleaned daily, good breakfast. They have dinner options at the hotel and there is also a restaurant close by - just be mindful of the closing times. It’s a bit of a walk from the main street (where there are restaurants and the ferry stop) to the hotel but the hotel can book a taxi for you. There is also a list of phone numbers they provide if you want to call one yourself. I would recommend a taxi if have luggage. Overall I 100% recommend this hotel. "
