Very clean and well appointed rooms, fantastic professional staff, superb food.

So many things are great, and well, so much needs updating and improving. On a positive note, the suite with two rooms was accommodating to my family. The welcome Prosecco and fruit was appreciated. Location great and staff friendly. Unfortunately, the room was so dark, dreary and depressing. We had issues- toilet not flushing, shower not draining, and the bedding is disappointing. Brunch was nice, bar also disappointing. Some of the staff smelled like body odor and just over all not inviting. If this place was a three star hotel and the price indicated that, I would be ok, but it surely should not be a Leading Hotel of the World.

Hotel Locarno is exquisite. From the moment we arrived, to our departure day, my wife and I felt welcomed and well taken care of in every aspect. The room was clean,

When my flight was canceled and I had an extra night in Rome, I immediately booked The Goethe Hotel again, because I had such an amazing stay the night prior. I can't wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you to the amazing staff who made the stay so memorable.
