"No Airport pick up provided, despite it’s clearly noted in Expedia booking comments. No one from Hotel reached out to me for any details or confirmation. Called them ahead of time to confirm about the Airport pickup and I was assured it will be done but didn’t happen. Requested for additional mattress but despite repeated requests nothing was provided. At the time of check out when I complained about these issues to check out staff rather then believing me, they started to look into confirm that if I m lying about notes in the Expedia request. Instead of some kind of assurance that it was an honest mistake and they will look into that and will do something about that, staff handed over the POS terminal to pay the food charges.
