The hotel itself is lovely — the rooms are comfortable, the pools are great, and the property is very relaxing. However, there were some disappointments. The live entertainment was underwhelming, not very engaging or lively. The restaurants, in particular, had subpar service, which was surprising given the hotel staff overall were friendly and attentive. Another odd point was the food selection — for a resort in Mexico, I expected more authentic Mexican dishes, but the options were limited. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy the resort amenities, but don’t expect standout restaurant service, exciting entertainment, or a true taste of Mexican cuisine.

The villa and property grounds were beautiful, the food was not good and at and the service wasn’t must better... slow service and even slower butler, which we paid for.. we saw him one time

Overall a good Holiday. Most staff were very nice. Roberto was specifically very attentive to any requests. I would recommend reservations at the restaurants as they say you don't need one, but then you end up waiting for sometimes 30-45min for a seat at peak times. We had a Swim Up Pool Room which was nice as the vibe at the Main Pools is very busy with lots of Kids and the vibe at the Adult Pool is a bit much when the "Young Adults" get drinking to much. Hotel could use some updates as looking pretty dated, but room was clean. Food was pretty good at the restaurants....buffet as usual at All Inclusives was meh. Overall good resort for the price. Nicer ones on this stretch, but much more expensive.
