When I arrived you had to walk through a lot of people smoking. The area at check in just looked uncared for. The WiFi was down and the door lock to gain entry into the hallway would not work with any key.

More like a college dorm room than a hotel. Noisy environment, you can hear everything. Charges extra for clean linens. Not very clean. No curtains on the window, just blinds, so light easily shines through.

"I can't give zero stars. So I give you a ONE." First, coming in there is a sign that says 'no smoking in public areas', and that's all we walked past going in to the hotel. And my dad has Reactive Airway Disfunction Disease, and he had to walk through all of the smoke every time we wanted to leave the room, the property, and even come back. Next, the property's wifi was also out all day, but that's understandable. What isn't understandable is the fact that the room we were originally put in had no phone. We were fine with no internet because there was a tv. Turns out that all 15 channels on the tv had no signal. We told the front desk lady about the tv problem, and she moved us to a different room, that was the only somewhat nice thing about it. We went to our new room and there was MIRACULOUSLY a phone and the tv worked flawlessly. But the real killer that made me mad was the fact that I paid about $60 for the night and there were ROACHES IN OUR ROOM AND EVERYWHERE ELSE!!! I will never stay here again. If you're a fan of roaches, go right ahead because this one's for you. Disgusting.

Overall it was a nice room for the money honestly. I would highly recommend it and would have given 5 stars all the way around had there been a total of 4 pillows on the bed rather than just 2.
